By accessing or using TranslateAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TranslateAI is an AI-powered translation tool that provides context-aware translations with support for 40+ languages, custom glossaries, and document translation. The service is provided “as is” and we continuously work to improve its accuracy and features.

Pricing & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after the 14-day period.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all translations, glossaries, and content you create using our service. TranslateAI and its underlying technology, branding, and content remain the intellectual property of Cloudrix.

Limitation of Liability

TranslateAI is provided for translation assistance purposes. We are not liable for any damages arising from translation inaccuracies. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all translations, especially for legal, medical, or other critical content.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
